Also, the Wi-Fi in public areas worked well, which was great for staying connected during my short visit.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky due to its hidden location among buildings.

Overall, if they improved cleanliness and safety, it could be a decent place to stay for a night or two.

Could Be Better with Cleanliness

Stayed for 4 nights in a double room. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness really overshadowed our experience. We found ourselves minimizing contact with the furniture. A good tip is to bring extra sanitizing wipes to make the stay more comfortable.

This was a prime choice for a short break in Emporia with great value. The fridge/microwave combo was super handy for late-night snacks. Just be prepared for some background noise from outside.
